At WOW Mats, our return policy lasts for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Additionally, it must be returned in the original packaging. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of personalized or customized products.
In order to process your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-3 working days.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be informed of the return.
Shipping:
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address above. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item with a value over £75, we recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and shipping times will vary depending on your location.
